Prescription Drug Plan
The plan pays the participating pharmacy rate for prescription drugs after a co-payment ($9 for 2001) for each 34-day prescription or refill. The plan covers up to a three-month supply of a maintenance prescription drug after you pay a co-payment for each month's supply.

Workers' Compensation
The Illinois Workers' Compensation Law is a no-fault insurance plan that is supervised by the state and one hundred percent (100%) paid for by Pharma Logistics

Pharma Logistics

Social Security
The United States Government operates a system of contributory insurance known as Social Security. As a wage earner, you are required by law to contribute a set amount of your weekly wages to the trust fund from which benefits are paid. As your employer, Pharma Logistics
