Our
ideal Regional Account Executive has proven sales ability with the skills to
make first-call closes. Excellent communication and PC skills are critical
tools for success at Pharma Logistics. Experience should include 3+ years of business
to business sales experience. This high-energy position calls for an individual
who is goal-oriented, self-motivated and equally comfortable closing business over the phone.
The job functions
The
Regional Account Executive, through leads generated independently and by
business coordination efforts meets over the phone or in person with Directors
of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Buyers and Contracting Officers to discuss their expired
pharmaceutical processing needs. During the meeting, the Regional Account
Executive will determine what problems are keeping the specific pharmacy or pharmacy
operation from achieving maximum credit recovery and where they may not be in regulatory
compliance. Once these challenges and
concerns have been identified, the Regional Account Executive will offer our services
to the prospective client to help them attain their goals.

The
successful Regional Account Executive has a positive attitude, is articulate,
has the ability to explain the benefits of our services in a clear and concise
manner to decision makers and often has a strong personality. Regional Account
Executives are given the tools and trained in the skills necessary to
accomplish this task. However, successful Regional Account Executives have
attributes that cannot be taught. They are strong, dynamic, confident
communicators who can close business over the phone.

Regional Service Representative:
(Inventory Control Manager)

Representatives of
Pharma Logisticsâ dynamic and growing professional
service team are expected to:
- Be detail oriented with good math skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Service existing and potential clients at multiple
pharmacy locations in a 5 state territory
- Demonstrate effective customer service ability
- Work closely with a team to achieve common service
goals
- Manage time wisely to complete projects and meet
deadlines
- Demonstrate a willingness to work beyond standard
business hours
Daily activities of
our service representatives include, but are not limited to:
- Getting an early start, working at a rapid pace
throughout the day.
- Traveling to and staying in multiple locations
(distances and durations depend on territory); typically 2-3 nights per
week
- Providing multiple service calls to pharmacies and
hospitals on a daily basis
- Lifting heavy objects (up to 70 lbs.) such as totes,
boxes and shipping supplies
- Inventorying pharmaceutical products via a laptop
computer
- Packaging expired pharmaceuticals into shipping boxes
- Completing administrative activities related to
territory, program, and expense management
Requirements for
consideration for this position include:
- Computer, internet and email proficiency a must
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 3 years
- Commitment to on-going comprehensive training programs
- A valid U.S.
driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pre-employment and random drug screening
- College degree preferred but not required

position requires extensive travel; travel being defined as any destination in
excess of 100 miles from your home, and extensive being defined as 60%-80%
travel on a regular basis. You will be
responsible for scheduling your own service events and build and maintain sales
relationships with existing clients. Your travel destination(s) will typically be
in a specific geographic region but can be anywhere in the United
States.

Data Entry Processors:
Pharma Logistics is seeking Entry Level Data Processors and Warehouse
personnel on a full or part-time basis. Continued growth has created an
exceptional opportunity at our Mundelein distribution center.
In a warehouse/office
environment, the ideal candidate will have the ability to accurately input
alphanumeric data into a computer, print reports, package
product for shipping and possess basic computer skills. Previous 10-key
experience is a plus but not required as we will train the right person. Must
be able to lift and carry up to 40 lb boxes.
