Pharma Logistics Announces Relocation to New World Headquarters
CHICAGO, IL (March 20, 2006) – With months of planning, construction and validation complete, Pharma Logistics solidified a series of strategic changes to its corporate architecture today by choosing to relocate its new world headquarters, while remaining in Mundelein, IL. "We're continuing to transform our company with a focus on long-term growth. Our new location will allow us to offer our industry leading services to an even larger percentage of the reverse distribution market place,” said Pharma Logistics President and CEO Michael Zaccaro. Pharma Logistics plans to begin operations in its new headquarters at 1050 E. High St. in Mundelein on April 3rd, with plans to employ more than 100 people. The 60,000 sq. ft building is the former home to a division of Abbott Laboratories. The new building was selected specifically for Pharma Logistics’ needs, with future growth in mind. "In planning the new facility," according to Zaccaro, "It was our goal to not only to continue a high level of customer service and support, but to add the capacity for all classes of trade in the reverse distribution business and create a facility that would support our needs now and in the future." Pharma Logistics had outgrown its previous building at 106 Terrace Dr. and needed to add capacity. “Our goal was to create a processing environment that would allow us to utilize our state-of-the-art processing methodologies for our hospital and retail pharmacy customers, while continuing a culture committed to customer satisfaction,” Zaccaro says. “Mundelein is very good fit for us. We are the half way point between Chicago and Milwaukee and this central location is of mutual benefit to our customers and our sales staff. We are very excited that this new location, with its expanded capabilities, will allow us to bring our service offerings to the large chain and wholesale drug markets.” said Zaccaro. About
