Waste Disposal
Both non-hazardous and hazardous waste can be processed at our facility. Hazardous
waste includes: RCRA defined hazardous waste (P-listed wastes, U-listed wastes,
D-listed wastes), state hazardous waste, NIOSH hazardous waste, and OSHA hazardous waste.
► Waste cycle visibility
Monitoring the waste cycle is easy with Payback. We
inventory all products not eligible for returns, track those products at every stage
of the process, and provide access to all corresponding documentation.
► Destruction
documentation & reports
Destruction documentation, Certificates of Destruction,
and the estimated return value attributed to your waste are all available online. Additional
reports show waste amounts generated by organization, disposal code, therapeutic code,
facility or department. Controlled substances that are returned to Pharma Logistics
are disposed of via witness incineration and are segregated into separate reports for
DEA reporting when needed.
