To that end, Pharma Logistics has made the decision to pause all Onsite Services effective March 17, 2020. Social distancing is a critical tool in the battle against COVID-19 and we are committed to doing our part.
Our Field Service and Customer Advocate Teams will be reaching out directly to answer any questions you may have and to discuss alternative service options during this time of crisis.
We are monitoring the situation by the hour and continue to follow the guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Onsite services are tentatively scheduled to resume on Monday, March 30th, 2020 following the recommended 14 day isolation period for our Field Service Representatives.
