Personally Identifiable Information
RRUI may request personally identifiable information from users in order to enable users to utilize www.pharmalogistics.com. RRUI, however, will specifically ask users for any personally identifiable information, and the provision of such information will always be on a voluntary basis.
Currently, RRUI does not share the personally identifiable information it collects with any third parties. In the future, RRUI may elect, in its sole discretion and without notice, to share the personally identifiable information by loan, rent or sale of the same to third parties.
RRUI uses “cookies” to track and store information about www.pharmalogistics.com’s users. “Cookies” are alphanumeric identifiers in the form of text files that are inserted and stored on a user’s hard drive. Cookies track users’ personal preferences and activities, but in no way contain or refer to any personally identifiable information. For example, cookies are used to remember a user’s password so that a user does not have to type it in every time the user accesses www.pharmalogistics.com.

Users are responsible for keeping their user names and passwords, if any, confidential. Users will be held responsible for any access, use or activities on www.pharmalogistics.com under a user’s user name or password.
Security of Transmissions
RRUI utilizes its best efforts to protect the security of any information submitted or transmitted by users to www.pharmalogistics.com, including, but not limited to, personally identifiable information. RRUI uses a network firewall and 128-bit encrypted SSL servers to help ensure that submissions and transmissions by users are kept confidential. However, in the unlikely event that an unauthorized third party compromises RRUI’s security system, RRUI shall not be responsible for any occurrences or damages that are directly or indirectly caused by an unauthorized third party’s ability to view, use or disseminate a user’s submissions or transmissions.
Questions, Comments & Complaints
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The parties shall select the arbitrator, and if the parties are unable to reach agreement on selection of the arbitrator within thirty (30) days after the notice of arbitration is served, then the American Arbitration Association shall select the arbitrator.
Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final, binding and conclusive upon the parties and their respective administrators, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, in no event shall any party be entitled to punitive damages, and all parties hereby waive their rights to any punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for any loss of profit, revenue or business.
